Nine categories, not ninety products.

What each category does, what to check before you buy it in Zimbabwe, and two illustrative stacks — one for five people, one for thirty.

This page names categories and, as examples only, products with public pricing on the costs page. It is not a directory and it does not rank vendors. For a problem-first view of who can help, the network's services site aiservices.co.zw organises providers by business problem.

The five questions to ask any vendor

  1. Can I export all my data in a standard format, any time, without asking you?
  2. What happens when the internet drops for two hours — does the app keep working?
  3. Where is my customers' data stored, and will you put that in writing for my POTRAZ licence application?
  4. What is the price after the first year, and what is the unit I am billed on?
  5. Which Zimbabwean businesses of my size use this, and may I speak to one?
